Yes! We’ve offered in-home training for 8 years with 100% client retention!

Your trainer arrives at your home prepared with exercise equipment specifically tailored for that session. You’ll work from your individually tailored Exercise Plan which allows for coaching, adjustments, repeats, practice and rest. All training addresses how brain health and body health work together.

Each session Strengthens Your Brain, Reduces Pain, Addresses Posture, Balance and Vigor!

  • Our In-Home Trainers are experienced, certified, kind, and knowledgeable professionals. Your Trainer will become like family very quickly.
  • Initially, we meet with you in person to discuss your goals and needs.
  • Next, you and your Trainer create a tailored plan from which you can adapt at any time.
  • At each session we discuss progress and next steps.
  • Your goals and progress strengthen over time with every session.

That depends. We tailor your training to exactly what you need. Clients with chronic issues choose long-term, ongoing training to meet their needs…  others choose specific short-term training. 

All decisions made are determined in tandem with the client. You also decide how often each week and which days work best.

Located at the Crossroads of Delaware, Powell & Dublin — In-Home Training is held at your location!

Training Programs

Excavation Phase

Dirt has to move for a house foundation to be laid. Similarly, we start with assessing what muscles are weak, tight and imbalanced to identify where to begin reshaping the ‘terrain’ of your body for a stronger foundation. Clients participating in this 3-week entry level phase will find out exactly where their balance, strength and flexibility is at and the basic steps to move to average level.

Foundation Laying Phase

Once the ‘excavation’ is complete, a clearing is prepared for the new foundation. Clients participating in this 3-month phase will have a personal exercise program developed that encompasses the individuals conditions & needs. Clients who do the work will be on their way to starting a solid footer for that ‘new house’ their body resides in!

Structural Framing Phase

While the foundation is essential, it isn’t complete without a house on top of it! This 6-month phase empowers clients with key ‘how-tos’ in progressing exercise, proper movement form development to prevent injuries, how to navigate when injuries occur, & more. Clients who successfully complete this phase have consistently seen 25% improvement in their Senior Fit Test scores!

Roofing Phase

With foundation & structure in place, weather can still destroy the home without a roof. Clients participating through the 12-month phase develop mastery of exercise movement & achieve measurable walking gait, strength, flexibility & movement enhancement. This long term relationship allows Fit Fam opportunity to expand our services providing health coaching, accountability, & in depth evaluations.
