Like a house, your body was designed to also have a solid foundation. Our carefully planned training programs progress similarly to building a home. There are four phases.
  • Excavation Phase: An assessment of your current condition. 
  • Foundation Phase: A 3-month personalized program will be tailored to your needs.
  • Structural Framing Phase: We will help you build upon the foundation you have laid learning how to avoid injuries, proper form and movement, and keys to progress. 
  • Roofing Phase: Weather can destroy a house without a roof. In this phase you will develop mastery of exercise movement & achieve measurable walking gait, strength, flexibility & movement enhancement.
