Excavation Phase

A verbal, visual & physical assessment process to learn your history, discover pain/tight muscular imbalances, & assess posture, flexibility, strength & balance.

Foundation Phase

Building upon assessment results, we construct a personalized plan that emphasizes the KEY core & glute exercises needed to ensure a strong foundation for your own body.

Structural Framing Phase

Building upon a solid foundation of core & glute strength, you can now be trained in proper movement mechanics. This phase gives you a specific structure for your home workout plan that targets every major muscle group.

Roofing Phase

The house is incomplete without a roof. Your training is incomplete without targeting the 5 key factors for fitness: Strength, Balance, Flexibility, Coordination & Reaction Time. Learn how to add Coordination & Reaction time to your daily routine & slow cognitive decline!
